If given a chance to talk to animals what will you tell them and why?

If given a chance to talk to animals .I would like to tell them that I am really sorry about human behavior . As per some treat animals like their friend and family member their are animals who are not being treated this way. Their are people who choose to disobey all government rules intended to wildlife. While animals do not have the same status or self-consciousness as humans, it “feels” wrong to treat them cruelly without any reason.

If you can read other peoples mind who and why?

I believe that all of us are mind readers. Emphaty allows us to feel the emotions of others, to identify and understand their feelings and motives and see things from their perspective. "Mirror neurons suggest that we pretend to be in another person's mental shoes."In a conversation I always want to know what the other person really think and feels about me.

What if you don't get the position?

If I was not able to get the position I would probably be sad but not disappointed. Sad because I really prepared hard for this job. I research and undertook formal training at the most reliable Call Center School. I came very prepared for this interview likewise I have prepare myself for this job also. I gave my best shot to get the vacant slot for this company. I may not please everybody as I am not perfect . I will analyze what made me fail to get the position and the improvement I should do on this aspect. After learning what I should work on . I will try to apply again at the given re-applying days. There is no harm in trying and no shame in failing, as long as all will be for the improvement of one self.

When was the last time you put your foot in your mouth?

I seen an old friend at one of the stores where I was buying some clothes for some occasion that day . I smiled at her and ask her "When is your baby due?" She was thinking about what I mean by that as her facial expression change and confusion starts to be visible .Then I realize she was not pregnant .Today maternity clothes are in fashion .Girls wear loose clothes because its more comfortable. When I realize she was not pregnant I just try to change the topic by saying " It has been a long time since the last time we meet and you look more stunning." Then she start to blush and thank me for appreciating that. In a conversation it is important to have a presence of mind . My intention was to start a conversation but it has been in a wrong start so I change the topic presence of mind is important . A good conversation will not offend anyone.

What are the qualities of a call center agent?

A call center agent should have a positive attitude, to be able to succeed even in the most adverse condition and respose to any situation. Be customer focus ,giving focus to the needs of a customer and solving the situation immediately. A good call center agent should have a good listening skills in order to attend the call and built rapport with a customer. One should set aside its emotion and feelings regarding how angry the cust0mer is. Having a good communication skill is important in order to let the customer know the option or to be able to gain the customer satisfaction.

What is customer service?

Customer service is the professional attention,assistance ,help or aid given to a client or a customer.It can be a complaint towards the service or product they receive or it may be a request for information or assitance about the product or services that the company has to offer them. It is also good to remember that acustomer service always focuses on the customers concern and solution to what they need while having a friendly and professional conversation. A good customer service always give respect and empathize with a customer no matter how complicated and irate the customer is.
