What are the qualities of a call center agent?

A call center agent should have a positive attitude, to be able to succeed even in the most adverse condition and respose to any situation. Be customer focus ,giving focus to the needs of a customer and solving the situation immediately. A good call center agent should have a good listening skills in order to attend the call and built rapport with a customer. One should set aside its emotion and feelings regarding how angry the cust0mer is. Having a good communication skill is important in order to let the customer know the option or to be able to gain the customer satisfaction.
