What is the most difficult part you'll encounter in a call center?

Attending a call from an irate customer would be very difficult at first. Working in a company means becoming a part of it. Customers become irate because of dissatisfaction . Anything about the company always involve the employee . In dealing with this difficult situation. I will be professional setting aside my emotion and personal feelings enter this type of situation. Even in an unpleasant situation I will meet the need of the customer . Whatever the situation is always empathize. Customers are always right .They are the reason behind the company's growth.
