Attitude or skills? Which is more important?

Attitude for me is more important. One may be blessed with all of the skills but if this person do not have the proper attitude .He/she can never be employed . Attitude towards work is so important. One should have the right attitude. Skills can be improved. This is the reason why company have set trainings for new hired employees . One should have the energy,the confident to make things happen. Just like for example arriving at a job interview late .Even if the person was technically qualified for the job. His attitude will pull him down. Job opportunity are always open for candidates who have positive output.Having the attitude means having the interest for the job . Giving everything to contribute for the growth of the company. A person with a proper attitude have so much to give for they seek and form new ideas to improve their self,
