What is a callcenter?

A call center is actually a centralized office of a certain company that either answers incoming calls from customers or makes outgoing telephone calls to customers. In addition, a call center is a place where customer service or customer care is the primary concern of most of the people . They engaged in communication in general, whether by any medium such as e-mail, faxes, telephone, letters, and related correspondence.A Call Center is a place were many people are paid to answer phone calls all day.Typically these are the calls that subscribers or purchasers place to toll-free numbers for assistance from the service or manufacturer of a product or system.Some call centers work exclusively for one company or on one product or service. Others work on contract for a variety of customers, although they may then designate specific people to handle calls placed to a particular help phone number.
